This client likes to use his smart phone a lot like everyone else because it's convenient. However, because of his hand shaking he tends to tap the screen multiple times without doing it on purpose. It's the same for any other keys/buttons on a touch screen like taking pictures. Something that will help him just hit a touch once will go a long way in helping him use his smart phone.
