

DESCRIPTION
Beyond the Pale needs a food-safe device that can accurately measure brewing metrics and log specific gravity vs time in a cost-effective, automated system.
Our team used the concept of fluid statics to accurately measure the S.G of fluids in a tank. We accomplished this using an Arduino with a couple of pressure sensors set at known heights. 3D Printing was utilized to print the casing for the electronics.
The budget goal of this project was to keep it under 1o0$.
Details to consider when trying to replicate this project would be to ensure your pressure sensors are accurate and that the correct pressures are being recorded.
